"Lively, listener-friendly jazz—played with style and class.”
From Left to Right: Baron Lewis Jr., Dave Futcher, John Ludlow, Douglas Baldwin, Carl Safina and Peter Slavov.
We pull our repertoire mainly from popular jazz from the 50s-70s, spanning hits ranging from the best-selling jazz album ever (Miles Davis’s "Kind Of Blue”) to Herbie Hancock’s pop-charting Watermelon Man, and other great music by John Coltrane, Horace Silver, Dave Brubeck, Antonio Carlos Jobim, and others. But it’s not all jazz; we’ve got some classics by the likes of Traffic and The Beatles, too.
Check out some highlights from our concert at Frank Melville Memorial Park in Setauket, NY.
